Sierra Park Villas Guest Information
Thank you for choosing Sierra Park Villas Rentals for your vacation needs. We are staffed on-site 24 hours each day to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.  Please contact our office for more information at 800-422-2644.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in Time: 3pm                                Check-out Time: 10am
We can accommodate early check-in (after 10am) if the condo is ready when you arrive. Call our office 1 day prior to arrival for an update on your condo. Unapproved late check-out may result in an additional charge of 1 full nightly rent. No refunds for early departure.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Your credit card used for the deposit will be charged for any property damage, theft, violation of our “no pet policy” or for excessive cleaning needed upon inspection of the unit on departure day and with-in 24 hours of check-out.
PAYMENT POLICY
A 50% deposit for the full room amount has been charged at the time of booking. The balance is due prior to check-out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Confirmed reservations which are cancelled prior to 14 days of arrival (30 days prior for holiday reservations) will result in a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days (30 days prior for holiday reservations) of your arrival date will be charged the full amount of the reservation unless our office is able to rebook the reservation. All cancellations are charged a 10% fee. No refunds for early departure.
CHANGES TO RESERVATION
Changes to any confirmed reservation must be made 14 days prior to arrival (30 days prior for holiday reservations) or are subject to our cancellation policy. A reservation charge fee of $25 may be charged for each reservation change.
OCCUPANCY
Each condominium has a maximum occupancy. If you exceed this number of guests, you may upgrade to a larger unit if available or be subject to eviction without a return of your rental payment.
PARKING
Each condominium will be issued 2 parking passes. Overflow parking, bus and trailer parking can be accommodated and must be arranged with our office prior to arrival.
PET POLICY
Our common area rules do not allow for pets by non-owners. Violation of this rule will result in additional charges to your credit card. Please, leave your pet at home or contact our office for local boarding establishments.
QUIET HOURS
Our facility is a residential as well as a vacation rental property. We observe quiet hours from 10pm – 8am. Management will not allow excessive noise during these hours. Please be courteous of your neighbors. Noisy guests will be asked to leave and will forfeit any deposits paid.
